PACKAGING

We believe in providing the most environmentally friendly option for packaging your goods. Whether it be decomposable, recycled or reusing old packing. Although we may not be perfect, we try our absolute hardest to do what is right for you and the planet.

  • 100% biodegradable cello sleeves on all prints

  • 100% biodegradable satchels and bubble wrap

  • If something is not biodegradable it has been reused and repurposed from stock ordering

  • We do not print invoices and try to do as much as possible digitally

  • If new plastics are used, it is out of necessity for the protection of the goods

SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email to your inbox. If you do not receive one, please send us a message.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of your placement of your order unless the item in on preorder. If you are in a rush, please let us know at cosmicvisions@outlook.com and we will see what we can do to.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All parcels are shipped with either Australia Post, Fastway or Couriers Please and will come with tracking information.

Please note these shipping times are to be used as a guide only. Shipping times can vary for rural areas.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will happily take returns as long as they are in line with the terms below. From the day you receive your purchase you have 30 days to return the item/s. So if you have changed your mind or you are not happy with your purchase, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

TERMS

  • The item must be return to us within 30 days of the date of receiving the item

  • Item/s must still have original packaging

  • Item/s must be in original condition

PLEASE NOTE

  • Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.

  • We highly recommend sending the parcel with tracking and insurance for peace of mind - if the item is lost of damaged during transit, the refund will not be able to be completed

  • The refund does not include shipping, you will only be refunded the cost of the goods.

    EXCHANGES

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Once your item has been returned, the cost of the goods will be refunded and you will be able to place another order if you wish.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We are so sorry to hear that your item is faulty! Whether it was damaged during transit or the item has faults, please send pictures to cosmicvisions@outlook.com with all of the order details. Once the images has been approved we will process a refund as soon as possible.
